Right of return

This article shall apply only if the customer is a natural person who is not acting in the exercise of his profession or business. Business customers are therefore not entitled to a right of withdrawal. Customer has the right to dissolve the distance contract with Plastic Forte within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product, without giving reasons. The period commences on the day after the customer, or a third party designated by him in advance, and who is not the carrier, has received the product, or:If customer has ordered multiple products in the same order: the day on which customer, or a third party designated by him, has received the last product.
If the delivery of the product consists of several shipments or parts; the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by him, receives the last shipment or the last part.
In case of agreements for regular delivery of products during a certain period of time: the day on which customer, or a third party designated by him, has received the first product.Only the direct costs for the return shipment are at the expense of customer, customer therefore has to bear the return costs himself. If these costs are higher than the regular postal rate, Plastic Forte will provide an estimate of these costs.Any costs paid by the Customer for sending and paying for the product to the Customer will be refunded when the entire order is returned to the Customer.Within the withdrawal period referred to in paragraph 1, the Customer will handle the product and its packaging with care. Customer will only open the packaging and use the product insofar as this is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The basic principle here is that this inspection may not go any further than the Customer would be able to do in a physical shop.
Customer shall only be liable for depreciation in value of the product resulting from a manner of handling the product that goes beyond what is permitted in the previous paragraph.
Customer can terminate the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 1 of the term stated in this article by sending the model form for withdrawal (digitally) to kunststof forte, or by other unambiguous means to make it known to kunststof forte that he/she refuses the purchase. In case of a digital notification, kunststof forte confirms the receipt of the notification. After termination the customer has 14 days to return the product. It is also possible to return the product directly within the cooling-off period stated in paragraph 1 of this article, provided that the model form for withdrawal or other unequivocal declaration for withdrawal is enclosed.

Amounts already paid by Customer (in advance) shall be refunded to Customer as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after dissolution of the Agreement, in the same way as Customer paid for the order. If the Customer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, Kunststof Forte does not have to refund the additional costs resulting from the more expensive method.
Unless Kunststof Forte offers to collect the product itself, Kunststof Forte may wait with reimbursement until Kunststof Forte has received the product or until the customer proves that he/she has returned the product, whichever comes first.

Information on whether or not the right of withdrawal applies and on any desired procedure shall be clearly stated on the website in good time prior to the conclusion of the contract.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications.
